How to take an email list and make an Excel sort-able list
- Highlight your list and copy and paste into new Word doc
- Remove obvious non-normal spaces
- Use Find and Replace to remove ";" and to add commas by Find & Replacing spaces " "
- When correct in Word then copy and paste to Excel
